Major Site Upgrade!

At present a radical upgrade and renovation of the site. This will involve making it more interactive and professional looking. Use will be made of Cascading Style Sheets, Javascript, Comet Cursors (sorry, I know having to get a new plugin can be a nuisance...), and occaisonally java and cgi, leading to a much more dynamic html format.
