OM (or AUM), the symbol of the Absolute



Yoga, literally "yoking", "union" (compare with "religion" - tpo "tie back to"), is a term in Indian spirituality for any set of specific practices that leads to Liberation. Various forms include (in no specific order except alphabetical) Bhakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga (which itself is just far more than health-giving physical postures that became popular in the West) , Integral Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Laya Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Tantric Yoga
