"Magpie"

"Magpie" used to do outreach and homeless service work and has had painful but educational encounters with charismatic spiritual leaders who did not know how to use their power responsibly. In my personal opinion an astute judge of human character, and having associated with individuals who were intimately involved in a number of false guru sects, Magpie offers some perceptive insights into how the "intermediate zone" comes into play among their leaders and devotees in these groups, and the traps and dangers involved, that I have ever come across.
